At seemingly random intervals the ocean texture (not just any water texture) flares and occluds vision when looking at it.

common fixes have been tried including: verifying game files, clearing shaders cashe, checking direct x, checking memory, checking windows, optimising storage drives, deleting profile and completely reinstalling the game. As well as numberous different graphics changes from defult both within, in game settings and running the game with different graphics card settings applied. Graphics card drivers are up to date.

I have found one other person with the same issue, they also have a MSI Vega 56.
