Got stuck in a tree at sagrub exit.

Description

I was at one exit and jumped between rocks and tree and I got stuck there. Not able to get out and then lost my loot and died from radiation. Very frustrating.

Include as detailed reproduction steps as possible if the nature of the issue allows for it. The exit was the east one near the small pond.
