Lost my character and all kit for unknown reasons. I always play the same server (4046 | North America - LA) and always log out properly. Several months of work gone.

I logged out properly as normal after a loot run a week (maybe 2 ago) and went to log in today. Noticed on the login screen there was a random female character instead of mine. I then went to the same server as usual and logged in to a new spawn my kitted out character gone.
