Command Trucks cannot be deployed by players to act as spawns in Gamemaster mode for some reason. That option is nonexistant when looking at the back of the truck as a player on a GM scenario.

If this changes, ensure that GMs can modify and interact with Deployed Command trucks to undeploy them.
