Was resolved with Greg, he's gonna update the mod. Problem was in fact in action definition. Needs to be tested by xbox users though.

Now game disallows climbing if character won't fit in space.
Fixed in 0.9.5
Slider in options won't happen.
Weapon shake is implemented and configurable per weapon prefab.
That was resolved, passengers are able to use both compass and map.

FIA soldiers in base are usually in groups of 3. Roaming AIs around base are not really counted as defending the base.
So from that perspective, friendly AI with same number (3) is just replacing typical FIA defence team

This is not going to be possible, due to technical constraints. Unfortunately, and I also wish it could be different, we cannot rotate the character freely in passenger seat. We always look for ways to improve our technology, so maybe, in the future.
Hey Silver-Spy, I've checked the crashes, it seems they are happening during loading of players identity, most probably around face textures. If you have any more crashdumps that could help with finding the solution.
Also, if you use any custom scripts, data, whatever, regarding players identities, description of this could help. Thanks
Yes, at the moment you are glued to vehicle through proxy system. Aiming will always be limited to front arc, can be lower or bigger depending on particular slot. We also used turnin/turnout to give player option to change the orientation of his character, but there is as much as we can do.
We have to avoid unnatural rotation of upper body and clipping through vehicle geometry, so what you see now (Offroad being best example) is the maximum freedom we can allow for passengers, considering our current engine capabilities.
What mission, what server, if it crashes on other servers with the same mission, does it crash on the same server but with different mission?
Does the game server is scripted to connect to any external, third-party API's?
How many clients were connected during the crash?
Are you able to test the mission on different machine?
You will need to look for some more specific software then, and it depends on your hardware too. Some of tools works better than others.

It would be good to confirm temperature during the performance drops just before crash. Maybe screen overlay with temperatures would help.
Thanks for the info. It seems it could be a problem with hardware overheating. Were you checking the temperature of cpu and gpu after those 2 hours of gaming?
I suggest CpuZ http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html and some AMD tools.

- game and graphics settings
Also, please make sure to check integrity of the files on Steam. Supposedly the crashes happened in random situations, but if there was something common between those (anything, literally), it would be a good clue also.

Works well if Sniper team has mode set to Combat. Problem was that they aren't able to spot the targets soon enough if they are in more careless mode.
When in combat, they are spotting enemy team around 700-800 metres and engage pretty accurately.
