Arma 3 Activity

This looks like a modded Arma. Does the issue occur with just Vanilla Arma 3?
Trackers are very important for your car and vehicles and most of the people who have the tracking system installed in their vehicles. They having a larges number of people at essaypro reviews which help to recognize your vehicles easily.

This is most likely a graphics driver problem. The game is unable to initialise a graphical subsystem. Here are the possible solutions:
- Update the graphics card drivers to a newer version.
- Rollback the graphics card drivers to an older version.
- Check the temperature of your GPUs and CPUs.
- Disable the Steam Overlay.
GPU and CPU temperature isnt the problem, I have tested that.
For the rollback of drivers do you have an estimate of how far I should roll back to or should I just use trial and error until it works?

It's also only Arma. DayZ runs just fine.
Here is a crash report with me just trying vanilla Arma (no mods, only required DLC) just trying to start a solo campaign.
Yep, did all that. Still no joy.
If the crash is caused by a mod and happens only with the mod, then I am afraid we can't do much about it on our end. Please contact the creator of the mod so that he can fix it.
Thank you for the report. Could you please upload your dumps here? Here is how to do that.
Thank you for letting us know. Resolving.

Thank you for the report. Seems like a corrupted profile. Could you please send us your profile files so that we might test it?
I somehow bypassed this by creating a new character, Don't know how it worked but it did. So now I can play campaign.

This problem still exist in MP on a dedicated server.

Hope this helps XO

ctrlSetStructuredText probably modifies parsedText param by ref.
proper mission:
Additional Info:
This happens to custom prefabs of RscStructuredText classes (doesn't matter if the defined is in a Mission (description.ext) or inside a .pbo (config.cpp))
Wifi, I seemed to fix it via increasing the sys mem limit in the parameter and changing the mem allocation. Idk what caused it but im guessing it due to the shift from a sitting vic to a vic that has possible motion? idk just pulling this out of my ass.
Having the same issue.

Can confirm, been using an in-house solution that does exactly that for about two years now. It does indeed not work for slingloaded vehicles that have a driver, for the reason you stated.
viable fix would be to change locality of the attached object to helicopter locality. BUT, that won't work for slingloaded vehicles with a driver in them, as they are local to the driver.

@Killzone_Kid please mark as ACK and WIP, I still don't have my perms
delete3DENEntities [((get3DENSelected "object") select 0)];
Doesn't work, too.

Have you tried reinstalling Arma 3?
Thank you for the report. Did you try these possible solutions?
Thank you for the report. Have you tried reinstalling DirectX? There is also a possibility to add the parameter -malloc=system though it would be preferable if you managed without it.

Added a repro file and steps:
- load the mission in Eden (world: VR) and start it
- listen to the volume of player saying the sample sound
- the player will be moved to cargo seat of the quad, switch to external camera as requested
- listen to the volume again
- switch to internal camera as requested
- listen to the volume again.
I seem to be having the same issue, except that I never got the initially-reported STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION, possibly because I never used the -noLogs parameter. The steps to reproduce the bug are the same, namely:
- If run in 64-bit mode, Arma 3 loads, but when I run Old Man, the game crashes to desktop at the end of the first loading screen.
- If run in 32-bit mode, I can run Old Man, which seems to work normally (although I didn't spend much time testing), but crashes during the "Saving Game" pause after sleeping. This also crashes to desktop, but produces the following message in a error dialog before the Arma crash reporting tool appears:
- Out of memory (requested 0 KB). footprint 2665422848 KB. pages 294912 KB.
