Yes it is.
This is an Altis Life server. Only extDB enabled on it, no special mods.

I cannot repro this on the latest build (tested on hosted and dedicated), could have been fixed indirectly because of other improvements done to the game, please retest

Perhaps this is related and will help

player#1 threw smoke (5:4 video); player#2 and player#1 can see smoke, but player#host-server (2nd video) doesn't see this smoke, only sound

player#1 (5:4 video) on 2.06 profiling v9, w/o companion mod
player#2 stable 2.06
player#host-server stable 2.06 too

Not helpful. sorry, I need vanilla repro to be able to track it if there is a problem.
