Confirmed. Delete/rename GameOverlayRenderer64.dll from Steam directory.

Looks like steam overlay crash. Callstack doesn't match. But final crash location matches.

This issue were the weird line artifacts. Not the sun glare. So this is fixed.

You are not possible to change the speech volume and reset it to the original value unless this command is implemented

you can use diag_tickTime to get a realiable and accurate time. Internally that uses systemTime.

You can add them via script.. Also.. 3DEN solves this. I guess.
client FPS (the frames per second you get) is capped by the server's FPS. That is not true anymore.
There is no real solution to this.. Besides not storing scripts in profileNamespace.. Which is not that hard to do.
