Looks like only your inventory is kept, not the ammoboxes' content. This has nothing to do with NVGs, or do you view it differently?
EDIT: Also the AI spotting you through the darkest of night at 200m+ has to do with the flashlight attachment on their rifles, which only illuminate the next 20-30m, but that's a different story too.
Can confirm, just having troubles big time in the night time scouting mission (second part with the downed gunship, Adapt campaign); player sees near zilch, AI can engage player at 200+ meters.
Will try to provide a repro mission.
UPDATE: I believe it was fixed with 1.16, but will have to try a little more.
UPDATE2: According to my testing it's been resolved; I've tried soldiers both with scopes and regular riflemen: in a moonless, clouded night they're blind up to the point you're lit by their torches' light cone, as it should be.

I don't view this as an issue. Can you show me when they really spot you inhumanly fast and kill you on first shot?
Please don't make a video or mission with skill 1 (Super AI), as with that skill they're supposed to be very very skilled and superhumanly accurate too.
Hmm, I just tested this with me as Blufor Sniper unit at ~600m against a Squad of Opfors and conclusion is:
- I'm not spotted too soon, only after 4-5 shots they can pinpoint me
- Automatic Rifleman lays down a barrage of fire support on me once Im spotted
- Squad Leader and Team Leader try to snipe me down, both have (A)RCO scopes
- Other squaddies have mostly only red dots and don't shoot or give arbitrary fire support
Result:
The SL or TL eventually snipes me down if I disregard them too long, but they're not too accurate with default difficulty settings of the units and "Veteran" difficulty in game.

I believe you hit the default preset of hitting the keys "W+S" at the same time, which will activate "sneak mode".
So if this happens, try hitting 'W'+'S' at the same time again, which should untoggle it.
If needed, bind that action to a different key.

Thanks, it's really intriguing, I can repro most of the time I start the mission.
If I had to take an educated guess, it looks to me like there are too many AI, which overloads the AI thread in a way, which prevents them to acquire you as enemy.
It would be interesting to know, how many groups of AI are the critical mass.
Please attack a repro mission, zip up your folder and upload the ZIP here to the ticket.
I noticed that in the recent patch (not sure if it's related to this one, could have been done already earlier), they stop shooting and run to cover, if they're under fire/being hit.

I'd guess it's rather 1.32, so that be with Chopper DLC on Nov 4th. Just a guess, since 1.30 RC is already in public tests and probably GA next week.

Savegames are incompatible between different stable releases. They are also incompatible between Dev and Stable. Mostly it's no issue since you might only have to restart one particular mission (in case of the campaign).
Gonna close as "no bug" unless someone's proving me mistaken.

Unable to repro, as it was said before. I can shoot out and destroy windows from inside and without problem shoot enemies.
Also, when filing another ticket please try to give as much information as possible and make it less of a rant. If you want to rant, head over to the forums.

As of 1.08, for me, the damage returned from EH HD is way off (always 0.00x) and as hit zone I always get "leg_l" or if I'm lucky "legs".

Can you please cite a ticket which describes the "window looks broken but still is there" best? I'll look forward to improving it.
Maybe a windshield could already be considered heavier glass than this sheet of window we're looking at, at this house. Reviewing my video, I guess the main issue is, that the window looks broken, but the bullets still strike like the window would be whole. Looks like I need to make a separate ticket for that, as below tickets are simply not clear enough.
For #18032: It said it would not break, but you can see clearly in my video of this ticket that the window looks broken. If that was not what the ticket was about, "glass looking broken but not actually being broken" what I infact can see in my video (but not in his), then the ticket should be improved. Or I'll simply create a new one.
Then for #17201: It said "shooting or with some option", so it breaks with shooting; or at least it looks broken - that's what everyone in the ticket comment is confirming. Anything else goes into dynamic destruction which is a whole other animal. The menu item to enable "breaking a window" would be something that would require an animation and is a feature request. Either way the ticket is poorly written and unclear. It's always a problem with tickets taking up multiple points.
If you have ever shot with a gun (not a potato one) through a regular window, you should know that it has practically no effect on the bullet.
Depending on the muzzle speed, but unless its an armor glass, it should not really actually spread bullets that much unless the speed of a bullet is *really* low.

I think the left/right tilt of the mousebutton is usually assigned as a windows functions. You can use mouse driver software to assign keystrokes to it - that probably should do the trick.

As far my logic goes, you're doing it wrong.
You're accelerating the object forward on each frame by the same amount of energy. No wonder the grenade's doing a straight line.
If you want to describe a parabola manually, you need to reduce the forward energy according to your own loss of kinetic energy calculations, all the way down to 0, while the object should drop according gravity on its own eventually, as gravity physics should still apply then.
