Description

This is long going exploit which appeared with release of Operation Arrowhead and still present in both last version of OA and ArmA 3. Exploit allows you to enable thermal imaging on any scoped weapon if you have another weapon which has thermal imaging. Repro mission and video attached. {F23095}

Steps To Reproduce

Run TI_exploit_repro.Stratis with 1 player
Player opens Hatchback inventory
Player takes Laser Designator into their binoculars slot
Player takes GM6 Lynx with SOS scope into their hands
Observe that no thermal is present in SOS scope
Take Laser Designator, look at Hatchback inventory but don't open yet
Turn on thermal imaging on Laser Designator
Without stopping looking through Laser Designator open Hatchback inventory and put Laser Designator into the vehicle
GM6 Lynx now has thermal imaging when looking through scope

This exploit is big gameplay breaking bug which lets you turn any scope thermal scope and also affects ArmA 2 OA. It will be great if fix could be also ported to ArmA 2 OA with 1.63 release.
