Campaign Adapt has several night-missions. Even if I looted foreign soldiers to get several nightvision goggles and I put them into the crates in Gori or leave one in my own inventory, I cannot select them for the missions at night. So I have to kill a soldier, loot him, get his nightvision goggles and then I can play the mission. This is extremely frustrating in mission attention deficit (? in German it is Aufmerksamkeitsdefizit). It is dark and you cannot see anything, but everyone else can see you.

Looks like only your inventory is kept, not the ammoboxes' content. This has nothing to do with NVGs, or do you view it differently?
EDIT: Also the AI spotting you through the darkest of night at 200m+ has to do with the flashlight attachment on their rifles, which only illuminate the next 20-30m, but that's a different story too.
No, I guess not. Like I wrote in the original thread it does not matter, whether I leave the NVGs in the ammo boxes (crates) nor in my inventory.
Other items are kept (like weapons). I looted a Titan and it was kept in the ammo boxes. But the NVGs and the rangefinder have been deleted.
According to your AI notes: This behaviour is quite inconsistent. Sometimes the enemy spots you over a distance of 200m+ and sometime you can walk besides them and nothing happens :)
