@Airinen the server is usually completely full (60 players), and so far I haven't experienced any issues with performance. In the past though the performance was a disaster as well.
I think the server hardware needs a good looking at tbh , as the game is getting updates on a regular basis it maybe causing the server to do more work and on the current hardware it just isnt good enough to run 60 pop .
Currently de3536 exp is lagging an i also play de 8112 , server restarts are 3x in 24hrs i made a ticket in october 23 to say these need adjusting . 8 hour restarts are no good , it needs to be set at 6 hours , also the players are skipping even after a restart at full pop so the server cannot handle the player count i assume , its either a server network issue or the server just isnt good enough . The devs playtested de3536 a few days ago so i hope they came across the issues that everybody are having . I think the 6 hour restarts would only solve the yellow/red server icon stuff , but there is still an issue at full pop which makes me think its not server fps related as it happens just after a restart
There should be a way how to fix it for all servers.
How many players are usually on prime-time on DE 1297?
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but i believe 3rd/1st person perspectives are camera views for the most part. They don't have individual arm and weapon models for first person like in many other engines. Maybe this has changed in Reforger but it's true of DayZ and previous ARMA games to my understanding. This does create some issues with FOV and perspective, but also simplifies things especially considering the scale that ARMA strives for.
Not sure what server you play on, but on EU - DE 1297 the performance problem was fixed.

The birds are now implemented in prototype form. Based on this, I think the wildlife simulation will be remade many times.
I've been trying to find a 2. person with an AMD GPU to confirm it but they are hard to find lol
not disagreeing. would be handy.

It's impossible to play on any of official DE-servers if there are 20+ online players.
I mean yea, if i would be an advanced windows user, and i would know how to do that, then yea.

Thank you for looking into this issue. I have the feeling, that it's gotten better, but i still see a red symbol in the corner and just got disconnected for the second time in the last 15 min on DE 1206. So unfortunatly it's still not good.

This is a known bug but I can offer a solution for it to never happen again to you until fixed,
This bug might be a little hard to reproduce, maybe try messing with field of view set to wherever, apply, exit menu, then try messing with aiming or looking sensitivity, apply, exit menu.

For some reason only Katiba's tail sound volumeFactor and frequencyRandomizer values are set different than all others tails

Maybe it's the same feedback in T175285.
Bug 1 seems to have been fixed, as I can't reproduce it.
However, bug 2 still persists unfortunately. It happens only if the player doesn't have the throwable class that's added with the command.
cant you just symlink/junction all folders but keys into a second "server folder" - would leave only to duplicate the exe and a few dlls in the root dir

My ticket was something completely different. I showed that choppers are hit way to OFTEN and without actually hitting them.
I am having this issue on my cherno server. it is intermittent, on occasions when go to enter a vehicle. you suddenly start getting cut, you are infected by the pox ........inevitably you die! this is a great concern as putting many off playing the server due to this.
Is it not possible to customize dustEffect for specific surfaces in the same way DustEffects are, to achieve the desired snow surface effect? Similar to the different particle system when flying over water?
That's reasonable, but it should be something specific for blocking that requires much more complex crafting. Fireplaces are extremely simple to make, are near impossible to see, and stop a car dead like a thick tree. That is an absurdity. The fireplaces are a nightmare on the community servers as it renders car spawns either useless (fireplaces places under spawn) or roads constantly full of invisible death traps for places. On official it's irrelevant as sadly only ever seen one driving car in all my years of playing DayZ on official across numerous platforms, thousands of hours. That's telling in itself that the vehicles are too hard to put together on official, a whole other topic, I've met players who didn't even know drivable cars were on it, and that they are actually quite fun to drive with decent physics for players in PC or Series S/X or PS5, which is most players now.
is that possible that windows 11 is the issue?
