On the CSLA ShKH-77 DANA, the loader's position is equipped with a SmokeLauncher weapon. However, when fired using the Countermeasures keybind (C), this smoke launcher expends a charge and makes a noise, but no smoke is produced.

The weapon should either be removed or made functional. Probably removed, since the DANA doesn't appear to actually have any smoke launchers on its model.
