Recently (started as of March, 25, 2024) my friends and I have begun getting afflicted with toxic poisoning almost as if it's a regular cold. We will be walking when suddenly one of us begins coughing of blood and eventually vomiting, exactly like toxic poisoning. However none of us have been in gas at any point recently.

Playing the game normally until suddenly falling ill with toxic poisoning.

We play on Livonia on Xbox and have been around the areas of Konopki to Dolnik, when in Dolnik we are mindful and never walk into the gas even for a second when it's there. We have cured the poisoning multiple times using blood bags however after a couple hours of playing one of us becomes sick again with toxic poisoning. We have never had this issue until recently and are trying to look for answers so we don't lose our characters.

We play on official servers. The sickness has also started in the middle of traveling from one place to another, nowhere near any gas zones. The even stranger thing is that when we become sick with toxic poisoning, there's no cuts or anything before it happens, it appears almost like a regular cold. I even usually pop some tetracycline thinking that's what it is until I begin to cough up blood.
My friends have contracted it randomly as well, however the exact road I was traveling on when I got afflicted randomly was the road from Dolnik to Wrzeszcz. There is a random gas zone in Widok, but there definitely wasn't any gas when we passed through and even if it is invisible due to a bug, I still didn't receive any cuts prior to getting sick with toxic poisoning.

I am having this issue on my cherno server. it is intermittent, on occasions when go to enter a vehicle. you suddenly start getting cut, you are infected by the pox ........inevitably you die! this is a great concern as putting many off playing the server due to this.
