I have no idea why this worked because I have done it 2 times already but i was able to load into a official server with no problems.

Experimental does work. And about the freezing if i dont close the game when windows tells me the program isnt responding my pc bule screens after 30 seconds.

Thats quite strange because the box was definitely unchecked and I double checked before launching. But anyway here is a dump after having restarted my computer and making sure there are no parameters checked

Thank you for seeing my mistake here is the crash dump after enabling bulldozer and waiting for the game to crash. Then making sure there are no parameters and launching agian.

I have tried your suggestions and when i enable bulldozer mode and launch the game it crashes about an inch into the loading bar with the same error as before. When i launch it without bulldozer mode the game loads for longer than usual, but crashes with the error of (the error file i put below).
