If you by any chance get a Steam ID of a hacker that is not being banned, please contact BattlEye directly at https://www.battleye.com/contact/ and they will check the suspicious player for any malicious software use.

From my personal experience, it used to be slightly worse a few months back, I remember being killed by cheaters even at Berezino, which doesn't happen now for some reason. I did die to a cheater several times at the NWAF though.

Sorry to bother you again, but if I may ask, what do you mean by investigating with BattlEye exactly? Every time there's a cheater reported you apparently do so (which is a good thing of course), but what is it exactly that you do? Write an email to BattlEye? Check the logs? And what does happen after that, does the cheater just simply get banned or will the cheating software itself get flagged (and all it's users banned globally)? Thanks in advance

@Airinen the server is usually completely full (60 players), and so far I haven't experienced any issues with performance. In the past though the performance was a disaster as well.

Not sure what server you play on, but on EU - DE 1297 the performance problem was fixed.

update: this issue has been fully resolved after a server restart. Still though, such things ideally shouldn't happen at all. As a temporary solution you guys could increase the server restart frequency by a few hours.

Similar thing happened to me, I stopped playing after that too. I came back recently hoping that at least the lag on official servers would get fixed, but I was wrong. Cheaters are still thriving and servers burning... At this point I am starting to lose hope that anything will be done about these problems at all. Can't wait for them to "investigate with BattlEye" again just for nothing to change. Pretty sure the devs are either getting paid by the hour or not at all. If I'm being optimistic, they could be working on something big, but unless its Dayz 2 with sex scenes included, it doesn't really justify ignoring the biggest problems in a growing game. I just played on the server DayZ EU - DE 1297 (1st Person Only), and the issue is still there. It's not happening consistently though, yesterday the server was full and the yellow server icon barely appeared at all. Right now though there's about 50 players and its unplayable again with the red server icon :/

Yeah, I agree. Realistically, a bullet's velocity shouldn't even slightly change after hitting a few leaves anyway.

I think it would be much better to (privately!!!) tell the devs how to actually reproduce the duplication exploit, its practically impossible for them to make any progress otherwise.

I am experiencing these issues regardless of other factors. They seem to come and go randomly, there are times when the server is running nicely for a while, but then starts lagging out of nowhere. One player also told me through the in-game voice chat that he's experiencing lag too, so this is probably server wide.

I've already reported this for a different DE server, and Geez changed the status to "Reviewed", so I'm guessing its gonna be (hopefully) fixed soon.

I may be wrong, but isn't this intended? Bags in general have to be empty or else they can't be put inside another backpack.
