I tagged this as major because this server is one of the most popular first-person official servers, hence there is a decent amount of new people too. Talk about a bad first impression...
Please, do something about this as soon as possible. This has been happening for over two weeks now, and its ruining the game experience. Thank you.
Play on the server DayZ EU - DE 1297 (1st Person Only) while its full.
This especially affects players, they appear very laggy and its hard to fight them fairly. I've just encountered a guy in Berezino, I shot him several times and when he ran out of a house, he just froze in place with his gun out. I was able to kill him with a crowbar, but a moment later I died out of nowhere (with no sound). We basically killed each other while lagged.

Can you please tell us if the current issues are appearing in certain locations or during certain conditions (rain, night, when other players are near etc) or if you are experiencing them regardless of your position and time/weather/other factors?

I am experiencing these issues regardless of other factors. They seem to come and go randomly, there are times when the server is running nicely for a while, but then starts lagging out of nowhere. One player also told me through the in-game voice chat that he's experiencing lag too, so this is probably server wide.
@Geez sorry for tagging you again but do you have an idea as to when this is going to be fixed? Its literally unplayable...
I can confirm the issue with this server. When the server is full, there is a permanent server performance warning icon (mostly red) and the server is extremely laggy, e.g. other players only show stuttering movement (teleporting around). As already mentioned this happens all the time when the server is full, i never tested the server with low pop. The problem/issue is very easy to reproduce, join the server when it's full and watch some other players move along or just play for a short time. It's really so bad, you just can't overlook it.
Unfortunately no info I can provide. We are however doing our best in order to figure out whats causing this problem.

I can also vouch for the performance issues, I have been playing with two other players and all of us had the same problem.
Any other players walking around appear super laggy and makes PVP unplayable.
We eventually swapped to DE 3607 and are having zero issues on that server.
