Unlike other grenades, the 1-M8 smoke grenade starts smoking right after pulling the pin, without having to be thrown. This might've been a feature, but for the sake of realism I think that this smoke grenade should act the same way as other grenades in this game (start smoking only after both pulling the pin and disengaging the lever by throwing).
