Developers: you need to pay more attention on the end-products performance.
I concur, but this is not a major issue?

I'd say three or five team-kills until auto kick/ban.
If I may make a suggestion, you should read this thread and post your findings there as well, since it's been assigned and all:

I totally despise PhysX and it's locked manufacture standards.
http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=3381
It is not resolved. The issue remains. Why would you add such a lousy thing as PhysX to begin with? How do I fully delete, turn-off or disable PhysX?
I've got the latest drivers and installed updates available.
I believe this have already been reported and assigned.

Indeed. Happened to me three times in-a-row yesterday while playing the infantry showcase.
Indeed. You are right. I stand corrected.
I do understand it's still in an alpha-stage. I'm not that kind of newbie.
Indeed. Get it done.
Indeed. I barley hit 90% GPU usage.
That is not illegal. Bohemia keep the flag.
"It's impossible to see". Are you for real? Get yourself a pair of new glasses.
I could not agree more, but since it's an alpha and all, I suggest they keep an high priority on performance boost, before bots.
Indeed. There's clearly a shortage of pure colours.
I pray to Crosby that the developers will make this happen.
No it's not. It's above average at it's best and/ -or should be slightly higher?
The more features you add. The more people will like your product.
Splendid! This needs to be added into the final release. However I rather wait until Q4_2014 than have a lagy game in Q3_2013.
You should be able to implement them changes with your latest PhysX technology.
Confirmed: Windows 7 compatibility mode does not resolve my crash related issues.
Do not simplify the gameplay-systems.
"Options > Game Options > Colors". Thanks. I'll make sure to try just that.
Developers: you need to pay more attention on the end-products performance.
Correct. I have the same problem with my router.
This along with graphical performance should be prioritized.
This kind of explains why I can not see my enemies in enemy boats.
I concur. This happens even if I'm on stock clocks with either AMD's Overdrive or MSI's Afterburner.
I concur.
All in good time.

"It would be relief to know if this is actually being adressed, as it's still not mentioned in latest SITREP or "know isssues" list."
@k3lt indeed. How come they won't admit this issue in public?
As previously mentioned in one of Steam's most read threads this week; the problem is deeper routed than I first thought, it goes countless of years back in time, and unless they turn their current engine "Real Virtuality 4" inside-out (as suggested in the major steam-community thread) which could take months, if not a year or more, rewriting key essential code, renders this discussion, or at least my arguments completely invalid, but that's when we proud alpha testers (including me) come into perspective. http://steamcommunity.com/app/107410/discussions/0/864961721676462825/
That did not increase my performance at all. Still 13~19 frames-pre-second with an average of 53% GPU-usage according to MSI-Afterburner.
And you Mr. xzenocrimzie most understand that all my games except ARMA 1/2/3 will hit 99% GPU-usage at one point or another.
Another miserable run-through with the alpha. 18 frames-per-second with only 21% GPU-usage. This scares me to death: only but plus four more months before release.
Low CPU utilization & Low FPS (forum)

KNOWN ISSUES (still not added)
http://alpha.arma3.com/known-issues
You think? Then how come it's not on-top of this list of priorities?

Try to convince Mr. Dwarden over at Bohemia Interactive Studio's Forum:

It does work and it did improve my frame-rate "a handful at best" once overcloked, but the again the issue itself remains. Only but one core is at it's peak, and from the looks of it, the rest are almost in a state of hibernation at about 10-25%.
That's not a solution. However optimization and improved "utilization" is. Q3 is closer than we would like to think. I'm terrified.
This have probably already been proven by the thread starter himself or by others, but just to make sure I ran a few live overclocking tests myself, and it seems to me if you increasing your CPUs frequency to it's limit, for argument sake (stock 3.4GHz) to 4GHz, 5GHz or higher (+5GHz) the average frame-rates does not increase significantly and/ -or noticeable, a few more FPS indeed, a handful at best, but even at +5GHz my quad-core struggles to make that minor difference, the game-engine itself is way off, not able to utilize my cores with and it's threads at all, the GPU's overall usage which is approximately 50-75% at all setting minimum and maximum graphical settings, remains almost constant, totallt not worth overclocking at this present time.
Please note that I signed up for the Alpha (like many others) in order to find issues and report them back to the development team. However unlikely it may seem, this issue needs to take top priority, or else we, the true fans of the franchise, will most likely suffer in the end, from bad performance in return, much like it's predecessor. I do not have the need to judge, bash or damage Bohemia Interactive, but this has indeed to take number one priority: http://img109.imageshack.us/img109/5158/arma320130308170401630.png
Please, can we get some sort of a confirmation by the development-team, that they have acknowledged our request of improving CPU & GPU-utilization?
I do not wish to bash, judge or damage Bohemia as a company, but please, you need to improve both CPU and GPU-utilization, especially for quad-core CPUs with or without hyper-threading enabled.
Don't fall on your rear-end. This needs to be fixed. Don't let it end up just like ArmA II did. Here are my specifications: i7-2600K, 8GB, HD6970. I'm overwhelmed by anger!
The 'more realistic' recoils are what defines ArmA.
For crying out loud, yes, make it happen, can't see my baring or degrees!
I could not agree more. Get it done. Well. Once the performance issues have been resolved.
Happened to me more than twice. Windows 8 64-bits.
I've already got the latest audio driver "64bit_Vista_Win7_Win8_R270" and graphics driver "AMD_Catalyst_13.2_Beta7".
For whatever reason. My issues have been resolved, and the client no longer crash at launch or in-game. Please disregard my request (since it's a duplicate) of:

Me too. I have experienced this issue more than twice.
This is weird? I've got an Thomson TG789vn router myself with connection issues?
The client or (ARMA III) keeps crashing. For reasons unknown. Probably because of Windows 8 64-bits.
Same here. Windows 8 64-bits. Crashes on numerous occasions.
