I have also recognized that the games crashes in the loading screen - mostly happened after downloading a custom map.

Can you try please install latest graphic and sound drivers? Usage of driver cleaner before installing new drivers will make sure you have no corrupted drivers left on computer. It was solution for lot of people.

I've already got the latest audio driver "64bit_Vista_Win7_Win8_R270" and graphics driver "AMD_Catalyst_13.2_Beta7".
