I was informed that if I added clothing to my pack it would open those slots up. This worked, I used a sweater and a pair of surgical pants added into my pack and can use the remaining slots. I don't like doing that, but it works for now though it does kill three slot in inventory I could use for other, more important things... Yeah, I'll say it, it's very H1Z1. BOO HISS!
There is a work around for the AK74, paint the handguard and it will pop into your inventory place new handguard on the weapon. HOWEVER, you still can't attach anything to it.
Reinstall and complete validation did NOTHING to fix this.

I can confirm, happened to me twice already, even after validating files. It is very disorienting
Same thing happened to me with a melee weapon yesterday, jumped a fence, and lost the melee weapon I had in hand. Searched the immediate area, it was not there.

You have, obviously, never ever packed a ruck sack for anything other than school. It would surprise you what you can get into what. Why hell wouldn't you be able to store things in a POT that has space in your ruck sack? You gonna let that space go to waste? You think you can't pack magazines into pouches and then put the pouch in a ruck sack? What kind of stupid are you?
Sure, should not be able to pack infinite items into clothing. But the rest is such nit noy little nitpickiness. Use your God given BRAINS to think about this. That's why the hell I voted it down.
Excellent, cannot fix M/C, MICH or skate helmets either BUT CAN now fix the civilian tent if you take it out of inventory and drop it (NOT pitch it).
Try shooting the truck until it blows up. I usually do this whenever I abandon a crash. Not sure if it works but in theory it should.

I am going out of the house, character will be in game while I am gone until server reset.
I can confirm and have attached a .jpg. You can clearly see it isn't the head lights. There are some funky/wonky physics with the trucks too. Driving down the road there are invisible barriers and sink holes.
Here is my video of truck physics for .54
First one sinks into the ground, after that you can see the truck crashing into and stalling due to invisible objects on the open road.
Same here, it even happened when I was out of the truck in .52 looking for a gas can. Guess I wasn't out of the truck long enough.
Not one to assume anything so... Confirmed, it's absolutely crazy fast. Does not seem to make any difference what type of shoe either, wear out rate seems to be the same for all shoes.
Yes, had this happen to me also. I checked along the route the body slid and still found nothing. Incidently the rifle was hanging in the air above the body as if being aimed and the axe was also in the air where it would have slung if the character was still alive.
I believe that the only exp that is up has a .49 rather than a .50 build. I tried to log in to it but I keep getting the "no message" message as soon as I start to move. Please see attached .jpg
This is true and I can confirm, but, it is a heck of a melee weapon on the Zed, 100 times better than a pitchfork, with a screw driver 2 to the hed makes zed ded.
It's definitely invisible, yet I keep finding them.
Boxed 5.56mm ammo has the same issue, I happened to find some in a UAZ jeep when I did an inventory search on one at the new tent city. Something showed up blank, I picked it up and moused over it. It said 5.56mm, when I emptied the box the ammo showed up in inventory

I can't open sardines with anything at all, axes included. Also, I can't open spaghetti with a can opener either, all other blades are good with spaghetti though.
Same issue with me, have yet to find one in the .50 experimental build.
I did a search with several different parameters, all I found was something from January. How about you let the devs handle it instead of sharpshooting others?
Much worse on 1st person than on 3rd person servers.

Same with me, occasionally the character also appears to slide forward but without any crawl animation. I could see this leading to a death by misadventure off of a roof or watch tower.
I had this happen again this morning, then I got the idea to chop down the tree for firewood. That did the trick, got my rucksack back!
I am also having this issue, it is getting worse and worse. I can fight, maybe, 2 zeds then it hits, my only option is to run as it seems the LMB has been disabled somehow. Same after relog, rinse, repeat, it's getting rather boring.

Since last update new village is ok, floored tents still are not, and now even the round floored tents aren't spawning either.
Seems I get freezes in pairs, finally killed me today though, came back from a freeze dead.
Similar issue, engaged a zed from behind with fists, knocked her down, when she got up I tried hitting her again and had the animation but seemed to have no effects on her at all once she knew I was there, THEN my LMB crapped out. It was ugly
I threw a CR75 and it just hung in the air about a foot in front of me. An amazing trick that I plan to sucker people out of free beers with. Next time I meet one that doesn't KoS me first that is.
I have found that with the recent build in experimental that the fire axe is useless in melee. The splitting axe and the hoe still do 2 hit kills though. Just can't seem to connect with the fire axe at all anymore.
Could LMB bug be an issue with the splitters axe?
Ok, so earlier I had the LMB, I was using a splitters axe at the time. I bleed out because I have no bandages, can't find anything to bandage with and can't attack since I am bugged. Spawn back in, grab a Farmers Hoe, can't find an axe, get in a fight, another fight and another and another, lo and behold and I have no LMB issue.
I also noticed that if I start shooting zeds, I can shoot them all day long or until I run out of ammo, whichever comes first and never worry about the LMB issue.
This LMB bug has gotten so bad for me that I have to exit the game and reenter after every fight with a melee weapon. My LMB will stop working after about 5-8 swings of an axe, then it does not work for anything, no fists or ranged weapons at all. Very frustrating.
I can confirm. Had mine in a pelican case, fell off a scaffold, broke my legs, ruined the case and the longhorn. Could not fire the longhorn but could still see through the optics with the same clarity as pristine.
Happens to me a lot but usually more on hardcore than regular for some unknown reason. Sometimes it's so bad I'll log out. Is this related to rubber banding?
This seems to be especially bad for me today. I'll get to use/eat one item then the bug hits me full force and I can bandage/eat/drink NOTHING from then on. Not worth the risk of get schwacked while bugged like that. I can use binoculars and bring my weapon to the ready. Have not tried to shoot it, again, not worth the risk of attracting attention then getting shot or attacked and not be able to do anything to bandage myself. Items I am attempting to use/eat are NOT ruined.
The only time I've had the above issue, after being attacked multiple times, is when all the gear is ruined in the attack. My issue starts from log in until I log out and log back in again. Relogging usually will solve it but I've gotten into the habit of checking before moving. Just because it starts letting me use stuff does not mean it will always let me use stuff, no matter the damage level of the item in question.
This isn't related to the "you are already using something" message. If that were the case you'd still get the use option when trying the item. Sometimes I am not even getting that option. I've had to log off and log back in to resolve this.
No they were not. Haven't even seen a green bandage on experimental yet. Same issue with food cans too yesterday.
I had a similar thing happen to me while switching backpacks. Could not find the old one on the ground to move items to new one. Could not then exit building I was in, then "lost session" message came up. Lost an FNX .45 all tricked out, several magazines for it, my canteens and, worst of all, my can opener. I was looted by the server!!!
Happened again today with a pair of pants I dropped to move to a protective case, this time I got the "no message for xx seconds" countdown. Pisser too, lost two maps and, this time, a nice 9mm with a mag and a silencer.
Disagree, if the demand is higher and the owner is price gouging, a huge feature of emergencies, then price would be in flux.
This happens to me on Hardcore servers. I can equip an item but the server cancels it and puts it back in inventory. Tried both from the tool bar and the inventory. If I had an additional rifle this could be a serious problem since I could try to equip it and it would end up on the ground after the server canceled the equip command. Sometimes the item will stay equipped after a few tries, today I just could not get a pistol to stay in my hands. I had to log for fear of being caught unable to defend myself.
Has only ever happened to me at the ATC on NEAF. Twice in experimental in the past week (once just a few hours ago), have not tried on stable. In the military jails I randomly get broken legs.
I have found the items in question are, usually, within 5 meters of where I think I dropped them. I try to wait a few seconds after stopping before dropping anything now. I lost an M4 at night because of this, it was a meter and a half away from my feet on a road, it should have been at my feet (thanking the gods I had a flashlight that worked). I dropped a ruck inside a military prison in the room on the second floor, the ruck disappeared but I found it at the entry door to the building, with everything inside, a few seconds later. So I have, as you can see, had this happen to me both inside and outside.
I have noticed, however, that if you drop something and it gets stuck in the branches of a tree off the ground it can be near impossible to get it back.
