In Olsha and bleeding after a zed attack. Opened my first aid kit to bandage but was not given option to "use". Only option was to inspect bandage. Bandages were not ruined, I checked that, none of the bandages in kit would work. Moved bandages from kit to inventory, still could not used, same for rags, could not use, none were in a ruined state. Toon then bled to death so have nothing further to report.
