Cannot use the LMB after 5-8 swings with a melee weapon. Once the LMB stops working after a melee then it will not work for anything, including ranged after that.
If I start with shooting instead of melee I am pretty much good, but, as soon as I switch to a melee weapon the LMB will stop working.

I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, I am not spamming the mouse button I am holding it down. If I spam the LMB stops working almost immediately.
This really wasn't an issue for me except for the last 8-10 days or so.
I have not changed the settings, in fact I tried to reassign the fire button after an episode but no joy.
