I keep seeing complainings about this changes, but dude this is a zombie's game, the infected don't have to be just as annoying as flies, they have to be a threat. In 1.11 with an axe I can clean a city of infected without major problems and without anyone notice it. Anyway, I would like to be able to avoid some hits, have you try dodging the hits? I mean, using Q &/or E key? That would be fair, but if you are outnumbered you are suppose to feel in danger.
As most of the previous patches that changed the gameplay is just a matter of time to get used to it. Be patience and play smart.

So you think the same headset that causes no problems with other games and has worked with A3 since 2015 is the problem? The only thing random about it is it only happens with Arma which really makes it not random

Would appreciate someone taking a look at this. something similar happened a couple of years ago & a bis patch fixed it.

lol i think i had the same thing happen to me with that model vehicle in the game but it didn't go that crazy like in your videos. I removed a tire from one of those trucks and it flipped on its side almost killing crushing and killing me but I managed to escape from it somehow and it stopped moving once it crashed into a pile of stationary logs. I just though it was a normal part of the game.

Ive delete the appmanifest_221100.acf file and the full contents of the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DayZ folder and then try to re-install again ive done every single thing i can think of that will work . Re downloaded the whole mod got others to try still nothing . due to this error: (client contains PBO that is not part of server data)

Any response would be greatly appreciated. Just let us know if you don't plan to fix it. At least then those of us who have no plans to plan an official server can leave DayZ and move one to something else. Thanks!

"The wall PVE Chernarus" server was ranked 41st on battlemetrics and since the exploiter has shown up has dropped to #501. As a new player who plays this game to relax, its messed up that they can get away with this for so long with no intervention from steam, battle eye, and/or the dev's. I've heard of it permanently damaging headsets, why is it even an option. Nothing is worse than some **shole changing the weather to "maximum values?" while I'm peacefully sitting by a fire. With no repercussion, posting videos and screenshots of what he is doing, targeting and harassing people all over social media. I wont stop playing because i can only imagine what it would be like to be an owner or an admin of one of the servers he is targeting. having to be online 24/7 to restart the servers sometimes every 20mins.

Cheaters always win and admins will always lose forever. Get over it badmins

I have to use an alias, out of fear that our server/community would get targeted the same if we publicly ask for help here. Also we represent thousend of players that spend thousend of hours on our server playing your game. We are very aware of the issue and we are sure its just a matter of time until all of us get attacked by this. It is now isolated to one community, but we all living in fear when this will swap over to other communities. We already have to handle cheaters and DDOS attacks on our communities on a daily bases. We spend thousend of hours into developing our custom servers for you to have an active player base. We open livonia servers what requieres people to buy your DLC. Im not sure if you dont understand, that the modded community kept this game alive. Please take this issue serious, all other server owners, representing the majority of your customers, are painfully aware that this issue could end it all.

Devs, it's been clear for some time now that your goal must be to kill DayZ. You made your cash on it, completely squandered development, and have never known how to handle its success. You're probably just developing your engine out of it to apply to ARMA 4. Whatever the case, you are officially the worst development team in the history of the world. This current weather hack is a VERY REAL problem. It has annihilated servers with thousands and thousands of users and Discord members. The fact that it's taking this long for you to address speaks volumes to your ineptitude, your corruption, or both.

Such an old suggestion - but still relevant. Allow sunglasses and dark moto helmets to reduce sun glare. There are mods that do it with a few lines of code - so there is really no excuse not to do this.

All I have to say is this is a joke. Are the devs really serious about not fixing this issue? They would rather brush this issue under the rug than fix a game-breaking exploit that affects the player base so much they stop playing the game? If they don't fix this, the game will die, and then what? DayZ has sold millions of copies meaning these Devs who won't fix their game are sitting on more than enough money to keep this game alive. Bohemia has more than enough money to rebuild their engine to make it modular, but they instead pour all their time and effort into weapons and guns the modded community already created years ago.

Some cheater being able to completely destroy community servers isn't an issue, official servers are superior.

I Work with Dayz communities providing moderating help, I can certainly confirm this is a real issue. A specific persons is criminaly targeting Dayz communities for ransom using some form of exploit. The community is PLEADING with bohemia for assistance, If you work with us, together we can resolve this issue. Many skilled modders have spent countless hours trying to engineer a fix, but its beyond their power. With your tools and knowledge, together we can find a resolution to this issue, and we can all get back to playing the game we love. Thank you for your time and consideration, i truly hope you listen to what is being said here.
