My players on my server for some reason are getting rolled back on restarts to where they logged in.

For example they log in, get geared with LAR's etc but after restart they log back in with nothing. This is for everyone.

I've been told this is a database corruption, I've tried to restore from last backup but has not fixed issue.

Is there anything else I can do except reinstall server? and if so what causes this corruption?
