The access violation bad module info error is only happening on Lythium servers that I join. This is happening on my Lythium server but not my Altis server. The servers are running the same mods and Altis hasnt crashed yet.

Server is still down and still crashing after the update 1.78 and 1.80 hotfix. FPS spikes and then the server crashes while an instance of the game is still running in the background and players just freeze in space.
Is there some more information on this? Someone reported this issue in our feedback tracker of our mod. I'm trying to find out the cause and try fix it.. Is it related to animations? Skeleton? Although, I'm wondering if the one reported in my feedback could be caused by the vanilla content itself (even if the second line point to my mod but could be unconnected each warnings)
I am unable to find any similarities in the crashes to me it seem to happen totally random.

I've gotten this error many times since the recent Windows update. I'm on the Dev branch of the game with several mods loaded, but there's one mod in particular that I can recreate the error with without fail, Personal Arsenal. My friend has the same mod, playing on the same server, doing the same thing, but his never does it. I get the error mostly when closing PA but I have gotten it while entering it. I've gotten "bad_module_info" a few times leaving the map but it does not appear as often as the PA crash. It crashes both in singleplayer and multiplayer.

I found a bug report on a similar issue with an included youtube video here: RC 1.70.141503 : Jet sound pops in very late. I noticed the same problem during my own testing, where the Gryphon and Black Wasp would zip past at about 100 meters away and the distant sound would pop in about 12 seconds later, with no sound for when it was up close.
I have confirmed the problem and narrowed down the aircraft and circumstances where the problems occur. I encountered problems with the Black Wasp and Gryphon, Wipeout and UCAV Sentinel at speed settings faster than limited. I tested aircraft with the AI flying first at full speed and then at normal and finally limited speed (using group speed settings). All other aircraft besides those four sounded normal at all speeds, and all of the aircraft sounded normal at limited speed.
Thank you for the report. The OS is unable to load a file that is required to run the game. A missing DLL may belong to the game, the OS or one of the required components (DirectX e.g.). Possible solutions:

About what I thought. Perhaps at speed, we do not have time to see, bushes manage to damage the machine before the bush itself breaks down.

Car more left and Car more right have a distinctly different behaviour than car right and car left. I state again: I know that it's intended behaviour - I'm not that daft.
The problem is that this intention is in the way of the direct control system to work properly if Car Left and Car Right are used for mouse steering.

All of your rpts have this error "ErrorMessage: Out of memory".
There should be a fix in our development version of the game. Could you please test it out and let us know if the issue still persists?
This is known as the 3-FPS bug. Are you running 32bit Arma?

Also please upload your RPT file instead of copy-pasting it's contents. You copied all the stuff from the RPT that contains useless information and left out the actually useful stuff because of the length limitation.
There is no line of code that causes these. Besides the last one and the last one can only possibly be caused by a script. Still mostly caused by engine code.
Try disabling/reenabling Battleye in Arma 3 Launcher. It could also be the server's fault that you are trying to join.

No, it didnt fix any of the problems for my server. I still am getting the same exact issues as the guy who made this post to begin with. I run the Lythium map as well. I sure hope a fix comes soon.
It's been no problem to control vehicles with your mouse before. There's no conflict between controls (as the problem is the intended behaviour - "Car Left" and "Car Right" are part of the direct control system).
The problem is that controlling your vehicles with a mouse (i.e. the steering) is now no longer possible without a major hassle, as turrets are controlled with the mouse as well.
You can now either control your vehicle with the mouse or your turret - but you can't have both, because you will automatically steer your vehicle when you move your commander or gunner turret with the mouse.
Same issue, please fix it asap, this is play, or not to play for me.
