I first though it was only when I tried to change the video settings of the game, but it turns out, the game just freezes for no apparent reason. I can't quite reproduce the but since it seems to be pretty random. Sometimes, I can't even go further than the first menu, sometimes, the game freezes after I launched a mission. Also, I do pretty much the same thing when I launch the mission (go upstairs, change the gun, go downstairs and run) but the game never freeze at the same moment.

Thank you for the report. Does the game just freeze or does it freeze and subsequently it crashes?

It just freezes. It usually happens in menus, but sometimes, it freezes in game. when the game freezes, I wait a little bit, hoping the freeze to stop, but it does not. I wait around 5 minutes and then kill the process myself.
I also clean installed it (uninstall the game, delete files, run CCleaner, reinstall the game), but it still does not work.
