I can't say because "hotfix" didn't solve the problem of CTW when I load a saved game. So, first I was waiting for a real correction.
Turns out I accidently left this comment as a draft and forgot to publish it almost a year ago. whoops.
This is my current work around that solves the issue. Although it won't be the exact fix for this issue and there is probably a more optimized version, it does show how I've gotten around the issue.
This sounds similar to an issue I brought up back in June 2019 in regards to the arsenal and it's marking of premium items,

Could you please try reinstalling Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio? Here is a guide.
Try safe mode tips from the page above if reinstall of packages does not help.

Additional request, make it a function that returns unix time that can accept parameters to format it to certain date formats and allow a local and UTC parameter

i havent used any of that fast forwarding etc.. i grabbed the files gathered the intel from the laptop and keystone told me to come to hime, so i did. however im having the same issue as number 1 on your list.

Same with me. I must put down headphones because of the sound too loud. But the most annoying was when one radio collided with the main storage box causing the box to disappear with the entire content, when I "teleported" home.

I just determined that if I don't call removeEventHandler in the callback it executes every callback instance.
Still an active issue. Would be nice for its own command for button color if needed.
This ticket can be closed. I am done with the SP campaign and am not interested in perusing the issue.

@wyattwic probably won't do a mutePlayer, but instead setVolume from 0-1

@dedmen, canAdd takes load player into account and if load == 1 it returns false. @Blutze is absolutely right about max mass (loadAbs player). This is already reported in other ticket https://feedback.bistudio.com/T120627#1517538 and rerpo is done in that comment. Even razazel was able to reproduce the issue.
I think it was done for stamina accounting. And I think you won't be able to fix canAdd command because it would probably break some stamina-based missions.
All you probably can is to add new command, something like hasSpace

Resizing an editor preview control for Zeus based on the image resolution. Seems the contact editor previews are not as wide as the others and 3DEN handles that correctly by decreasing the width of the container so the border around the image is the same.
Why do you need it?
