Description

The APERS Mine Dispenser and Training Mine from Laws of War do not work. Attempting to place them as a unit doesn't have them show up.

This was tested on Dev Branch.

Go into editor
Place a unit with APERS Mine Dispenser and/or Training Mine
Play as unit and try to place down either of the two.
