the ctrlSetForegroundColor/ctrlSetBackgroundColor/ctrlSetActiveColor commands ar not changing the color for buttons

Bug still exists 1st Sept. 2017

Still an active issue. Would be nice for its own command for button color if needed.

foregroundColor and activeColor are non existent properties for CT_BUTTON, but backgroundColor is and it is a bug that it cannot be set with script command
