Since Old Man update, Virtual Arsenal entities (targets) don't show damage on their bodies, except head. Before the update colours of their bodies would change when hit.

Steps To Reproduce
- Open Virtual Arsenal
- Select weapon (any weapon will work)
- Shoot any of the VR entities in any part of the body (EXCEPT HEAD) - you won't see the change of colour which was happening before Old Man update.
Additional Information
Head seems to show full damage (red), but not minor damage (yellow) - for example when hitting the helmet.

I've found out that head is showing full damage (red colour) - however I haven't seen it showing minor damage (yellow). Task description edited accordingly.
