It is posible to set almost absolute darkness in arma by tweaking advanced intel in map editor.

Screenshots will show what to do to make darkness and what it looks like in city.

Good day.

If you want to map your xbox controler you must follow these steps:

  1. Start Arma III
  2. Main menu => Options
  3. Options => Controls
  4. Controls => Controller

5a) controller in lower field must be disabled
5b) controller in upper field must be enabled
5c) Press the 3rd button button from left

  1. Press the 3rd button button from left
  2. Press the OK button
  3. Press the OK button
  4. you can now map all controller functions in keyboard tab.

As the game is in developement state some missing buttons may occur. Please let us know if you solved your problem.
