when ever i lunch arma 3 by steam my screen get all strange. basically it sort of zoom in a bit and make it so it look like my start menu and my task bar look like windows xp and the color goes all missed up. wont let me play nor will the screen look normal tell i switch my pc account and log back in {F19207} {F19208}

this is a picture of how my screen color is missed up my steam. only way to change it back to normal is to enlarge it. but yea this is how my screen color is for every thing

Are you sure you are not using 256 color mode or other compatibility setting and your computer meets minimum system requirements?
