Description

I get the splash screen and after that finishes, nothing happens. I try launching arma 3 again and I get the app already running error

Reopened steam/ restarted comp. Happens every time

Additional Information

Running steam and arma 3 as admin and have arma3.exe on my advanced firewall allow list.
