Titan AT munition is not altered in the DLC, we cannot adjust vanilla behaviour. Forwarding to Arma 3 feedback tracker.
I no longer have this problem.
It has not came back. Anything I can do?

There is a size limit to the amount of data steam can transmit from server to launcher.
See server.cfg wiki a about the steam query data size limit thing.

We have also had this happen repeatedly over the last couple of years. We've never been able to get a reliable repro because it seems to just come and go pretty much at random, with no changes at our end. It doesn't seem to depend on a particular mission; it's server-wide when it happens, affecting all loaded missions, and we've never found any one mission that causes it to appear. Sometimes it happens to every unit in a mission, sometimes not. Sometimes it happens only to units created by script after the mission starts, sometimes not.
There are no server-side or client-side mods. The mission uses a revive module. Not sure if that is vanilla?
Looks like dragging animation, afaik not used in vanilla, this is why exact steps repro is needed, with vanilla content

I had to upgrade my CPU to get away from this. What I found was older AMD CPUs can't handle the load.

And this issue still exists in 2021. Can't play the game in 64bits cuz I can't fly helicopters from inside the cockpit. I can't play the game in 32bits either because it breaks after 30-45 minutes, characters in T pose, 3 fps. Dear arma devs, are you guys really incapable to fix this game?
I figured out the “why”. It only happens to units that are grouped.
BIS needs to fix this. This breaks some very old missions.
X to Doubt. The only program that has this issue is Arma 3. -- Arma 2 works just fine with my headset, as does any music player, etc.

If it's run in an init field, then this is a local argument, since it will definitely run wherever the unit is local.
It'll also run where the unit is not local, which might lead to problems (or maybe it just has no effect; idk)

Tested on Internal build and Main Build 2.04.147738 while testing old tickets.
The Vehicle's AI (with some effort) managed to drive over the bridge in Altis, Tanoa and Malden, most likely the issue is already fixed.
Second issue: apparently command does not work for the player(s)

The crashdumps in your report are from march and april. Months old.
These all look rather random.
Are you using a USB Headset?
These all look like random crashes.
We know that USB Headsets on Windows 10 cause crashes, but these are not our Crashes. They are inside windows code.
