It's as if the footsteps are synced to 500ms later than the player, I've moved back to jsrs as they are basically unusable if you plat 1st person.

Same thing happened to me and a friend. Tried restart computer, steam-- deleted arma3battleye.exe and redownloaded using steam verify integrity -- issue persists.
I narrowed down the issue to Mods (at least for me)
Launching the game using No Mods works fine can play on servers as usual.
However, launching using CUP - Units or TRYK (more mods are probably effected but these were the only ones I used that had the issue) my launcher stops responding and stuck on loading screen when I join servers.
Deleted + re-downloaded all mods didn't work.
Status logs are the same with and without crash--

I experience this as well with a 7.1 surround sound headset (Razor Kraken Forged). I know of other people experiencing the same problem, not sure what their configurations are.

i support this...
the second last match i played on EUTW, we had an enemy attack jet wrecking our team by 60:0 in less than an hour.
We had 5 guys with AA Manpads to charge him and purchased 3 AA Tanks... he just got away with that, and insta wrecked our AA Vehicles...
with this amaount of air defense, we should be able to do at least something, make no go areas for enemy fighter, but he could do what he wanted...

I was stucked in different zoom positions in my last multiplayer games...
seemed random when it happens.
after some tries i could get out again.
first i thought it was connection and server issues, but my connection is ok, and the eutw servers are good too.

Not or randomly reacting on zoom when looking through the scope in KoTH, IaA, Scenarios, etc.
Keys are working as zoom when looking through designator works like a charm - as always.

Hi i had a problem with ASUS GPU tweak https://feedback.bistudio.com/T121859 its worth a try uninstall ASUS GPU tweak and test. Reinstall it if you dont have a problem with IOmap64.sys.

@isenhand, try verifying the integrity of the game cache. This will validate the game files to ensure they are correct and not corrupt.

I play at 16:10 1920x1200 and use a FOV of 85 and this now prevents me from being able to play in anything other that 75 if I use the options menu, please reinstate the aspect ratio.
