Bug exists also with 1.66.139494.
For info, it happens on the dedicated server too, or using Zeus. From RPT:
"Error a1 reading file 'config\\squads\15bn\sp25wht9sq.paa'"
This also occurs on some wasteland servers.
And then it happened again! Program hangs and I get error 0xCFFFFFFF. Still can't upload the report:
Hotfix tomorrow or when? Come on, just fix THIS ONE bug ASAP please BIA.

we're sorry for the inconvenience. I'm afraid I'm currently not aware of any possible fix as this is the first time I've encountered this particular issue on Windows 10. We know that it happened (and happens) to some users on Windows 7, and it is caused by particular Windows patch and that it could be fixed by uninstalling the patch. But it seems that on Windows 10 the fix won't work in the same way.
From what my test have shown AA tanks are 100% of the time bugged. Manpads are sometimes working correctly, but not all the time. I tested this now in every vanilla jet - it is always the same.
I play PvP.
@Azrael_Del_Tahar, would you be able to try using the profiling branch of Arma 3?
All the methods on the wiki you hyperlinked I have already attempted, but to no avail. Maybe I did something wrong, though I'm not sure. As for the files, I just have a bunch of .RTP files. No .bidmp or mdmp in my Arma 3 folder. Only other folders there are the MonetizedServersCache and OfficialServersCache, both with a list.json file. Here are the .RTPs I zipped.
There are no crash dumps in that report file. If you go to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Arma 3 are there any arma3.bidmp and arma3.mdmp files? If there are then could you archive (zip) and upload all three arma3.rpt, arma3.bidmp, and arma3.mdmp files with the same time stamp for the developers to review?

I was referring to the option of using a free file sharing service as dropbox. The storage engine mentioned in the error is part of the tracker and it sometimes does not allow to upload the files, if the daily limit was reached or the dumps are too big, in which case, the Dropbox is usually the easiest for this.

As i stated in the original ticket the comment box - the same as the one I am now typing in - will not allow me to upload the files created by Arma3 in the way you suggest so unfortunately I have no option other than to copy & paste

@VisMotrix, if you disable the Exile mod - and any other mods - are you still able to reproduce this issue?
@Redman1302, could you disable all mods and try again?
in every other game mode i have played it has worked correctly. it is only in KOTH where it sporatically will zoom in or out when commanded... usually have to spam the plus or minus key and it will eventually work. it is almost like there is server lag or desync, but when i check my ping to server is 40-50 and 0 desync

It seems to be an issue with German localization. Switching the game to English fixes the problem.

Im not sure how to provide a better repro but the basics is just flying around with different helicopters or jets and then having someone lock on to you with AA and fire MANPADS, Jets, Helicopters or ground vehicles.
Please read descriptions of each video. As you can see the radar is all over the place. Mostly not working but then working with certain combinations.

I only seen that in King of The Hill, i'll try on different game modes, but maybe this is related to this gamemode (like the 5fps bug when the game textures disapear and have to restart the game, i hope it's fixed with the recent update too :p).
Well I just tried the mission again and this time noticed the Mk20 also sitting on the table and took that. With that I got 30 rounds with 2 mags!
I use the MX 6.5 mm. Most of the guns on the table are MX or MXC rifles. They all use the 6.5mm STANAG mags, which there are like 30 of them in the ammo crate, but it wont allow me to take more than 1.
What weapon are you using? The crate for rearming usually contains only basic ammo for Assault Rifles and if you have a marksman rifle like mk18, ammo for that one might not be present.

I have done it and 1 file was re-downloaded, but I still have this issue.
I have more than 50 MOD (local and steam). There are ten packages combining several MOD.
Any combination and save the recovering from the launch pad.
Index at your picture helpful, your attention to the current selection MOD.
Check the processes in task Manager. If there is a process arma3.exe perhaps this is the cause of your problem. Sometimes (rarely) have this problem, the process arma3.exe how working.
Tested with M4 Scorcher and it didn't work too

Yep, indeed, I missed that one...
The same issue occurs in my game.
It is loaded for me, only the text sais (the preset name) that some mods are missing from the list even though all mods are loaded fine (No extra mods/no mods missing in the loaded mods list):
Create a package of preservations (to keep as):
- There is no Default, MOD
- MOD1, MOD 1-3 set
- MOD2, MOD 4-8 set
Any preservations work for me. After restart starting, is loaded always a package which was to an exit from starting.
