Unable to get ammo out of ammo box in Campaign

Description

I am stuck in the start of "Wet Work" mission of the campaign. The part where you gear up before starting the mission.

When I start I have to gear up and I start with like 30 rounds and no magazines, but one of the requirements is to have 90 rounds. So I go to rearm at the ammo crate as always, but for some reason I don't get the option to rearm anymore and when I check the inventory I do see the ammo I need, but I am unable to move it to my inventory.

Please help with this. I am unable to continue with the campaign because of this.

thank you for the feedback.

First of all please try to verify integrity of the game cache:
Steam > right-click Arma 3 > Properties > Local files tab > Verify Integrity of Game Cache

You should also be equipped with the required items and magazines automatically by reaching the rearm table, this does not happen?

Hi razazel,

I have restarted the game and the mission numerous times and no I don't automatically get the required amount of ammo. Only 30 rounds.

But I haven't tried to verify integrity of game cache.

I have done it and 1 file was re-downloaded, but I still have this issue.

To clarify. When I arrive at the armory I automatically get all the stuff I need, except I still have my old gun from the previous mission. It only has 18 rounds with 1 magazine and I don't get the option to rearm or I am not able to move the magazines from the inventory of the ammo crate to mine.
When I take one of the rifles from the table, I only have 30 rounds and no magazine. I do get the option to rearm then, but I only get 1 magazine and nothing else. So leaving me with 60 rounds and not 90.

What weapon are you using? The crate for rearming usually contains only basic ammo for Assault Rifles and if you have a marksman rifle like mk18, ammo for that one might not be present.

I use the MX 6.5 mm. Most of the guns on the table are MX or MXC rifles. They all use the 6.5mm STANAG mags, which there are like 30 of them in the ammo crate, but it wont allow me to take more than 1.

Well I just tried the mission again and this time noticed the Mk20 also sitting on the table and took that. With that I got 30 rounds with 2 mags!

Apparently the game wants you to specifically use this gun. So I can finally continue with the campaign! Thank you for the help!
