Yup, would be welcome considering that current ironsights are useless for aiming since they're missing zeroing. Could be an additional RPG7 model, replace the current one, or (the best option) would be to have detachable sights for the RPG7.

so this happens only in KotH games, it does not happen in other game modes or in vanilla SP?

It's happened when leaving the editor, while loading the main menu, and on a escape tanoa mission, happens quite a few times.
I tried bringing up task manager on 2nd monitor, and that didn't show anything off about ram usage, but from the wiki page i might try out steam overlay, and i am currently about to update to the newest nvidia driver. I tried verifying 2 times and then I disabled all mods and did the reset of all the launch parameters, and when it kept doing it i decided to un-install through steam and download and install again. Problem still ocurred after that.
I will update probably later tonight or tomorrow if the problem continues.
I can confirm the bug. Makes flying jet really unenjoyable. you also can't see this rockets on your radar in the jet, you just hear the "peep" in the second the rocket is launched.... If I'm lucky an will survive for a couple of minutes I have to restart arma 3 because of this annoying 3-5 fps bug, which I have like 5-7 times in one KotH session since the update (1-2 times before) Good 10gb update... Not

Almost 2 years later, this issue still persists with the current Linux Dedicated Server version (1.66.139494). Since I manage my servers using systemd, this issue can be mitigated using the KillSignal=SIGINT directive inside the [Service] section, instructing systemd to terminate the process with SIGINT, instead of the default SIGTERM.
This issue was also raised in the Apex weapons feedback thread but ignored:

Just look up game called Squad. Guy behind FX and explosions did in my opinion amazing job.
It is not just explosions but also dust/water particles picked up from walls when firing a gun or when grenade explodes.
Is this issue getting fixed? It's getting pretty annoying by now. I'm pretty sure Gnashes provided as much info as he could. I can also confirm this.

Are you able to reproduce the crash without the server running mods?
i have reproduce the crash:
when i go on my Server and i driving with a car and i driving at a wall, the Server chrashed.
