Launcher crashes with almost all functions
Assigned, NormalPublic

Description

My launcher crashes with almost every button except for the game start button.
I cannot manage my mods, change any options, and even cannot browse servers with the launcher.

here's my error log.

+ Also wondering that I have put my ticket in the right place/method, as for a non-English user it's hard to figure out things here.

Truckster updated the task description. (Show Details)Dec 6 2016, 11:59 AM

Hello,
we're sorry for the inconvenience. I'm afraid I'm currently not aware of any possible fix as this is the first time I've encountered this particular issue on Windows 10. We know that it happened (and happens) to some users on Windows 7, and it is caused by particular Windows patch and that it could be fixed by uninstalling the patch. But it seems that on Windows 10 the fix won't work in the same way.

I'd like to ask if you were able to run Launcher without this error before, and if so, also when the first noticed the issue?

BISWizard changed the task status from New to Assigned.

It has been always like this since I bought this game,
so the 'symptoms' started on 2016-11-24, even with the first run.

I tried to remove the launcher and the game completely, including path under %appdata but it didn't work.
also tried to remove any mods I have and run the launcher in vanilla status, but didn't work.

Frustrating that even you don't know how to fix this.

It's been a month since I reported my problem and still getting no additional help or advice to get this fixed.
Is it supposed to go like this or am I the one losing patience?
Can't even try your shiny new 64-bit executables since I cannot access params panel.

My system is upgraded by the win10 upgrade program from win7, so might it be the source of the problem?
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling all Visual C++ redistributables I had, but didn't work.
I don't want to format and re-install windows, but is that the only way or can you guys give me any helping hand out of this problem?
