When you first start the launcher and go to the mods tab the preset selector sais not mods all activated ( a * behind the preset name ) even though
they are. When you click on the preset again it will say you have all mods loaded ( the * went away ) even though nothing changed in the activated mod list.
Its a tini tiny bug but still worth it to report up :)

Create a package of preservations (to keep as):
- There is no Default, MOD
- MOD1, MOD 1-3 set
- MOD2, MOD 4-8 set
Any preservations work for me. After restart starting, is loaded always a package which was to an exit from starting.

It is loaded for me, only the text sais (the preset name) that some mods are missing from the list even though all mods are loaded fine (No extra mods/no mods missing in the loaded mods list):

I have more than 50 MOD (local and steam). There are ten packages combining several MOD.
Any combination and save the recovering from the launch pad.
Index at your picture helpful, your attention to the current selection MOD.
Check the processes in task Manager. If there is a process arma3.exe perhaps this is the cause of your problem. Sometimes (rarely) have this problem, the process arma3.exe how working.
