The filename is P:\Units\15BN\sp25wth9SQ.paa, can be an issue of case sensitivity? (note the last two characters in the file name)

Indeed should be fixed, probably just missing in the Dev Branch Changelong, should be also fixed in RC (and of course later on in Main/Stable).

I can write it now in 15.11.2016 (almost after year) that game is unplayable with vanilla swaying, untill i apply mod that changes it.
Yesterday in DEV of the version has received some defect. The turn of a tower of the tank reproduced the case of the tank to jump. Change from the driver to the shooter reproduced wheels to sink in soil.

@Killerdawg17, my next suggestion would be to try using the profiling or development branches. See Arma 3 Steam Branches and What Is Dev-Branch? for more information. Do note that the development branch can contain large updates so avoid if you have limited bandwidth.

@Jawsh , Yes I have verified the integrity of the game cache and I do not have any third-party mods, also the troubleshooting report ZIP file does not want to upload to the "Additional infomation" box, I have also uninstalled Arma 3 from my computer and reinstalled it 2 times already, to make sure that the download was not bad or anything like that.

I find this thread just as interesting as Arma 3 itself. Is it likely that Bohemia devs find it impossible or not worth their time to gain higher framerates with their outdated engine?

The devs stated that the engine cant handle the bullet in chamber. Thats why there actually is no need for a different animation since there shouldnt be a bullet in the chamber.

It kept happening (I tried atleast 4 or 5 times) untill I restarted my entire computer. I've had this issue, or something similar, in the past as well but never thought it would come back again.

HE and HEAT are slower round so their trajectory is much higher and shorter than the SABOT ones.
For long shots SABOT is better.
About effective range 2.5km frontal hit on kuma is not deadly. Side shot about 3km.

Well, this is easy fixable (RHS have done same as ACE) - player should be able to lase everything, just like laser designator work for now, Bohemia try to implement this. Lasing target (ground, building, infatry, vehicle) and measured range is putted into FCS, then correction for range should be taken. No need for squares (vanilla target lock signature) on screen, player will know where he is aiming to.

The problem that autoReport = 0 does nothing with custom difficulty still exists! Please fix this for 1.66.
