@Allibaba, have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache?

Could you upload a troubleshooting report for the developers to see? Follow these steps to create a report:

  1. Start the Arma 3 launcher.
  2. Click "OPTIONS."
  3. Click "Prepare Arma 3 troubleshooting report...".
  4. Save the report.
  5. Upload it by dragging and dropping into the comment box.

If you have trouble uploading the file to the feedback tracker then try uploading it to a file sharing service such as Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Mega, et cetera and then link to it here.

I have verified the game cache and reinstalled the game.
Here is that troubleshooting report:

Are you by any chance using AVG, or BitDefender antivirus software?

Some reports came in lately with information that they were able to run the game if they disabled their AV protection temporarily (perhaps enabling an exception in the AV for Arma 3 and BattlEye might work)

I use Avast and I've never had issues before

Did you try disabling it then running the game?
All the users who reported that disabling the AV have worked also reported they did not have these issues before.

Yeah I've tried many times with no results

I now finnaly solved the problem myself. thx for your help, but i managed to fix it myself.
I only changed priority for the program and then it worked.. Nice...

Interesting, could you please tell me where exactly did you change the priority of the program? Thank you

Sure! I went into the task manager and changed the priority for arma there.
