Arma 3 Crashing after small bar loading addons etc comes up
Reviewed, NormalPublic

Description

(By now ive re installed the game completely 7+ times, tried moving it to each of my hard drives [SSD & 2 HDDs] and googled it)
My arma 3 launcher will start and everything is fine, when I click play it comes up with the loading bar in the center of my screen then either goes black for 5+ seconds on both of my monitors and then sends me back to my desktop, or does nothing after loading addons.

When it crashes, it either comes up with no error code, 0xCFFFFFFF - APPLICATION_HUNG, or STATUS ACCESS ELEVATION or something along those lines

Thank you for the feedback.

Any chance that you are using a BitDefender AV? We have gather some reports of player being unable to run the game while the BitDefender was running. Perhpas disableing it temporarily or allowing an exception for Arma 3 in it might help.

Other than that, you might want to try to run Arma 3 as an admin.

Please let me know if any of that helps.

Thank you

I do not use BitDefender AV nor running any anti viruses, I have tried running it in administrator and nothing has worked.
