I can confirm that this is an issue with AMD GPUs ranging from the 7000-8000 series
I am using a 8780 2GB and i have the same issue it only began after the LOD blending update and the geometrical occlusion seems to also play a part maybe a combination of the two is the issue

The problem with this ticket is that it's no longer a development issue. It's a political issue. Here's how the ticket should've went:
Could we all agree that female civilians would improve the realism of Arma3. Just ignore the female soldier argument. They only need a few different body shapes and a couple more faces - some faces are already in the game. Maybe an old woman or two and some clothes. Not a lot of work. Would make civilian environments much more real.

Thank you for your help. I found that this issue is cause by using Sandboxie. I ran the game outside the Sanboxie and the problem solved. Sorry for inconvenience.

I've also noticed this transparency / AO issue affects the new Tanoa garbage - namely, the cinder blocks.

As we are approaching the coming release of Apex, I now ask if there is a near future possibility of implementing women or even to be considered?
This seems to be a problem with some AMD GPUs (maybe only the Radeon 7000 series).

BIS_fnc_configPath cannot convert strings such as "bin\config.bin/cfgWaypoints/A3/Land" to type config.

the scenario tag is intentionally removed from Publisher. It's because scenarios are using a different - older technology, and publishing them by Publisher would upgrade the item to a newer version and prevent the game from downloading it.

And I'm using AMD Radeon HD 7800.
In Arma3Launcher there are no settings that can change position with RAM = 3500mb. Settings can change the FPS to the start of the game. You can limit the MaxMem-2000, 3000 MB. It doesn't change the situation. RAM arma3exe obtains the value of the 3500mb. This limit is always end low FPS and fail. This works on any edition of Arma3 (Arma3DEV).
Approximately 1 year watch this pattern. Low FPS define that time to restart the game.

2D missions that work correctly using the Guarded By trigger and Guard waypoint combo will stop working once you import into the 3D editor.

It doesn't change result. RAM always aspires to a limit 3000-3500mb. Having reached this limit, FPS 4-15. After death when there has to be a menu of revival there is a mistake.
Dependence of result on the memory distributor with FPS 4-15:
- tbb3malloc - most of all "memory can't be read"
- tbb4malloc - most of all - game stiffens in the black screen. Can be curtailed in the background mode. Work of process of arma3.exe it is visible in a task manager.
- System - often in game appears a mistake. When you open the menu of equipment (as on video). After this error of FPS promptly falls in "0". Game stiffens.
- NedMalloc - seldom used. Changes minimum differ from the former.
The remained two distributors "JEMalloc and TCMalloc" can create a mistake on game start.
The average time of life of process of arma3.exe - 30-40 minutes.
Often 20-30 minutes - the tough scenario of game, are a lot of firefights, it is a lot of players, it is a lot of AI, it is a lot of movements according to the map of the island.

Sorry, I was sure I did communicate it here but I was wrong - So, I have this on my list since a tweet you sent ;)

if you spawn in to that mission and use voice in side/group first. your mic gets stuck open broadcasting until you switch to a channel where voice is allowed, e.g. direct, and talk in that channel
Please find a 100% working reproduction mission here. It is running vanilla Arma.
