This bug came when they probably move from the old animations to the newer ones. Also it would be nice if they actually put back this animation when viewing other objects with gear, but keep the current inventory animation when viewing own inventory.

This will probably be fix when the Marksman DLC gets out. Since they will refine the sniper system.
Tried it myself. Also it doesn't need the pilot to close the ramp to cause the bug. You can close it yourself while looking down the designator and the bug will still appear.
I hope they will be able to notice this.

They do sometimes. Sometimes when its minor.
They actually do but it takes like a minute if it a minor injury sometimes.

I know there are people who dislike Motion Blur, but for me I like it when it comes to having FPS stuck at 30 FPS. It creates a illusion of smooth motion for low FPS then choppy frames change to frame. If this was to be implemented. It would just be an option for you to disable or enable. If you like it on or off.
Have you tried to Verify Integrity Game Cache? It fixed it for my friend.

I think it would be best not to be able to use a rocket launcher in a vehicle at all. Probably in the Military have rule of not shooting a rocket while in a chopper for safety reasons.

The devs fixed this issue of "not having a green check" by adding a new option in the Strategic Map called Exit. Also I wasn't able to get the achievement because of the newer 1.34 was rolling out and newer achievements were also being added too.

Fixed. The bugs was caused when v1.34 was rolling out.
The achievements have been fix in v1.34.128.075, but you can't have a green check mark at it still.

How much Sound Sources do you have set in your Audio Settings? Try setting it high or lower to see if it fixes the issue.
@Benargee Yes they are. They should have improved more from ArmA 2 to Arma 3. There are very little improvements they made for Arma 3. Also considering that ArmA 2 & OA made a lot more sales(due to DayZ Mod). And those sales could have been used to help improve ArmA 3 further.

This is a small issue that can be fix easily. I hope it gets fix real quick before its forgotten.
The devs can maybe bind the fog with the rain.
I think a simple fix is that rather it flickering. The light will just transition from bright to low. So it won't look like a graphical issue.
They, I think, can't further spend money on the that when they can spend it on fixing other bigger issues. I this is probably gonna be like this forever.

Arma 3 suffers from many issues and the players are concern of adding female characters in to Arma? This issue should be one of the last things the devs should do and least of what the players should be concerned with.

Oh, so they just recently reviewed this ticket. I hope they fix this. No wonder sometimes when I ever I look at my shadow in first person. it just doesn't look right and I couldn't point it out with my finger and it didn't hit me at the time. That it was the NVG shadow.

The glow on the irons sights doesn't seem to be bright. I can see well with the NVG with the iron sight. I guess this might be fixed?
I actually sort of was able to reproduce it, but it didn't loop. I think it just looped for like twice then stopped. Then I wasn't able to reproduce it again.

This is unnecessary also the devs will have to do some tweaking which the devs work on other features. Also the they will need to upgrade the engine. Better feature would come to the next ArmA instead. This is why I am down voting.

They probably intended to use these animation for the AI at certain conditions:

AmovPercMwlkSlowWrflDf_v3 (Cautious Walking) -Behavior: Danger and maybe Stealth?
I found the issue. It is caused by having Shadows to Disabled. I hope this gets the attention of the Devs.
This hasn't still been fixed? Also btw, if you where to prone and then crouch. While going to the crouch position from prone and try to lean. You will notice you can, but when the animation is finished. It will cancel that.
Its really annoying when I riding on back in a chopper with guys and notice their goggles just don't give a dam boat shadows.
This is real old and BIS still haven't done it?

Just watch the recent "Arma 3 - Developer Diary: Welcome To Tanoa" video release and they mentioned about adding a 3D Editor. Finally!
@hippie. I did once, but it didn't work well for me on what I was trying to do. That is why I really want a 3D editor so badly.
Yet the devs ignore. If Zeus was possible. So is this! Why can't they make an official one? This shows how under developed Arma 3 is. That even the complains of Arma 2 they didn't even care to fix and/or improve.
@kripto202. I really want a 3D Editor. I just a pain using the 2D editor. Having to Preview ever time I placed a single object. Also never really heard any news of them talk about a proper official 3D editor. So I suspected.
Its been 2 years and this bug hasn't been fix? I actually like using it but at this state its not usable. For an example, if you were to move with Combat Pace forward with DeadZone 100%. You can't literally move your screen around and you are stuff with the DeadZone area.
I hope they will implement DirectX 12. Who knows. Its may fix all these optimizations. Maybe the reason of the performance issue are because of the limitations and etc. of DX11.
