AIs Weapon's fire animation in slow motion when Skill set to 0 and fired while directly controlled by Zeus

Description

When you have an AI's Skill set to 0 then take control of the AI as Zeus. Then try to shoot any weapon. You will noticed after firing a shot the weapon's animation goes into slow motion. This probably got to do with the AI having low firing rates if their Skill is low to reduce the AI's effectiveness.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Start a Zeus mission and be as Zeus(any map)
  2. Place down an infantry AI(anywhere)
  3. Reduce that AI's Skill level all the way to 0.
  4. Take control of that AI.
  5. Fire any weapon(Primary or Secondary)
