What areas of the vehicle? Engine block and wheel well will stop bullets.

Doors can't be penetrated in the game.

Windscreen, side windows, and most of the hull (excluding engine block).

I tried reproducing, but the bullets go through and kill the civilian. I guess this is fixed.
I tried shooting though the right side window and right side door with a P07 9 mm. So I guess this is fixed.
