Very often subordinate AI is wounded and is silent!
Because the bot is not able to heal himself (without an order), this creates small problems.
BIS, Please fix it.

The bot should be able to heal himself, without an order!
Because this is a normal reaction to the mentally healthy human! The medic in the squad may not be always available, during the battle or even killed!
If bot is wounded and this bot is not in the position of "danger" (because are no enemies nearby), then this bot should heal himself immediately, even without an order.
If the game does not have this, then at least let the bot always informs about his injury.
Event Timeline
I believe it depends on his damage variable. If its greater than some number, he tells his squad that he's injured.
I think it would be better if as soon as one of them gets shot they shout "I'm hit!"
That's the way it'd be in real life (unless you were unconscious), and it would help the commander know what's going on.
"I believe it depends on his damage variable. If its greater than some number, he tells his squad that he's injured."
Today (v1.36) Probably so it works/ But it's not right!
Note. When you come close to him, the bot is already in need of treatment (if you have a first aid kit) but in this moment it still does not inform the commander! Why!?
I think if bot is already in need of treatment, then this bot should immediately inform the commander!
Thus, the damage percentage for any treatment = percentage of damage for raport about injury.
"They actually do but it takes like a minute if it a minor injury sometimes."
I didn't notice. Some bots are never reported about injuries.
In the game this detail works ugly. The bot is not able to heal himself and does not report the injury! This moment is stupid and not realistic.
