Lower pistol by double tapping 'CTRL'
Activate walk mode 'W'+'S'
Press 'X' to crouch
Now press 'W' to walk and listen to the silent footsteps.

Yea its seems to be pure silence. I tried it myself. I hope this gets fixed.

I can confirm this works. I used it to kill a couple of people. Then forgot how to re-create.

Fixed. Changes should be in one of upcoming updates for Steam Dev.
